Wow, when the world of celebrities couldn't get more screwy, now, Lindsay Lohan is suing E*Trade for using the name "Lindsay" in a baby-commercial???
Lindsay Lohan has been out of the spot light for a good couple of years, which is eons in show business. The world does not revolve around you. In the 1980s, Lindsay was the 44th most popular girl name! (Lindsay--not even the derivations!) Chances are, the people making this commercial are from that decade, and thus, have every reason to use a popular name.

(Ok, I guess if you watch it, and think of it in that sense, you can kind of see it....but suing for $100 MILLION dollars for using her first name seems a bit much. )
